Updating your Autoship schedule and future Autoship orders

Making changes to scheduled Autoship orders

You can modify Autoship orders at any time from the Autoship page in your account, but it’s important to note that changes won’t affect confirmed orders. Additionally, as we prioritize filling orders as quickly as possible, we can’t cancel or change an order once it’s placed.

Note:

When you register for Autoship, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your Practitioner is automatically authorized to charge you for orders according to your chosen delivery schedule until you cancel. Read more about our Autoship Terms and Conditions here.

Adding new products to Autoship

You can add any product to Autoship! Just look for the Add to Autoship option on products in your plans, catalog, order history, or Autoship page to get started.

As products are added to your shopping cart, an Autoship menu will be under each product. To add a product to an Autoship order, select the Autoship menu and choose a shipping frequency. The Autoship order will be activated when the order is placed.

You can add new products to Autoship from your plans or the catalog by hovering your cursor over the product card, clicking on the options menu ( ), and selecting Add to Autoship. You’ll need to set your shipping and billing information to set up new Autoship schedules successfully. Head to the Autoship page to manage existing Autoship schedules.

Previously ordered products

Previously ordered products can be added to Autoship orders from your Order history and Autoship pages.

To schedule a past order to Autoship, go to the Order history page and select the Add all to Autoship button from any past order. To Autoship individual products, select the Schedule with Autoship button next to any product.

To schedule previously ordered products to Autoship from the Autoship page, find a product under the Recommended products heading and select Schedule with Autoship.

When viewing the product display page for a specific item, you can easily set up an Autoship. To set up an Autoship from the product display page:

  1. Click the Autoship checkbox.
  2. Using the dropdown menu, select the frequency you’d like your Autoship to be processed at.
  3. Click Schedule with Autoship.
  4. In the pop-up that appears, review and adjust the details of the Autoship and click Schedule.

You can add new products to Autoship from your plans or the catalog by tapping on the product and under the purchase options, tapping Autoship. Adjust the number of units and shipping frequency, then tap Add to cart to create a new scheduled Autoship for your current purchase, or tap Schedule for later to create a new Autoship schedule without adding the item to your cart. You’ll need to set your shipping and billing information to successfully set up new Autoship schedules. Head to the Autoship screen to manage existing Autoship schedules.

Previously ordered products

Previously ordered products can be added to Autoship orders from your Order history and Autoship screens.

To schedule a past order on Autoship, go to the Order history screen and tap the Add all to Autoship button from any past order. To Autoship individual products, tap the product from a past order and tap Autoship beneath the product’s purchase options. Adjust the number of units and frequency and tap Schedule for later.

Previously ordered products

Previously ordered products can be added to Autoship orders from your Order history and Autoship pages.

To schedule a past order to Autoship, go to the Order history screen and tap the Add all to Autoship button from any past order. To Autoship individual products, tap the Schedule with Autoship button next to any product.

To schedule previously ordered products to Autoship from the Autoship page, find a product under the Recommended products heading and tap Schedule with Autoship.

Consolidating your Autoship orders

Consolidating your Autoship orders into one shipment can help you establish a more efficient delivery schedule and qualify you for free shipping if the order meets your region’s threshold.

Note:

Shipping fees apply to each Autoship order where applicable. Learn more about our Autoship order shipping rates.

To consolidate (i.e., merge) multiple Autoship orders:

  1. Go to your Autoship page.
  2. ( )

  3. Click the product’s options menu ( ).
  4. Then, select Edit order frequency.
  5. From the Ship every menu, choose a frequency that aligns with a previous Autoship order.
  6. Click Update frequency.

Note:

Attempting to change the frequency at the order level or via Edit shipments on the Autoship page will result in a ‘Frequency has already been taken’ error. If an error is received, try editing the frequency through the product’s options menu ( ) instead. Please don’t hesitate to contact our support team for assistance managing your Autoship orders.

Removing products from an Autoship order

To remove a product from Autoship, go to the Autoship page, click the options menu ( ) on any product card, and select Remove. Select a reason and add additional comments to help us improve the Autoship service, then click Cancel Autoship orders to confirm.

Adjusting product quantities

To adjust the number of units (i.e., bottles, packs, bags, boxes, etc.) of a product to include in your Autoship orders, go to the Autoship page and use the plus ( + ) or minus (  ) selectors next to any product to increase or decrease quantities to ship.

To remove a product from Autoship:

  1. Go to your Autoship ( ) screen.
  2. Tap on an Autoship schedule that contains the product you want to remove.
  3. Tap on the product
  4. Tap Remove from Autoship.

Adjusting product quantities

To adjust the number of units (i.e., bottles, packs, bags, boxes, etc.) of a product to include in your Autoship orders:

  1. Go to your Autoship ( ) screen.
  2. Tap on a scheduled Autoship with the product you want to adjust.
  3. Tap the product.
  4. Under Autoship details, tap the supply drop-down menu and increase or decrease the quantity.

To remove a product from Autoship, go to the Autoship screen, tap the options menu ( ) on any product card, and tap Remove. Select a reason and add additional comments to help us improve the Autoship service, then tap Cancel Autoship orders to confirm.

You can manage shipping addresses for your Autoship orders from the Autoship page. The selected address (blue checkmark) is the address that future Autoship orders will ship to.

To edit or delete a shipping address, select the options menu ( ), then click Edit or Delete. When editing, make changes to necessary fields and click select Save address to save your changes.

Currently, adding and editing Autoship addresses aren’t supported by the iOS app. To add or edit an existing address, log into your Fullscript account and access your Autoship page via a desktop or mobile browser.

Deleting a shipping address

To delete a shipping address from the iOS app:

  1. Go to your Autoship ( ) screen.
  2. Tap Shipping and billing from the top of the screen.
  3. Then, tap Shipping addresses.
  4. Tap Edit from the top-right corner.
  5. Find the address you want to delete and tap the X.
  6. Finally, tap Confirm.

You can manage shipping addresses for your Autoship orders from the Autoship page. The selected address (blue checkmark) is the address that future Autoship orders will ship to.

To add an address:

  1. Tap Shipping & billing.
  2. Then, tap + Add shipping address.
  3. Fill in all required fields.
  4. Finally, tap Add address.

New addresses are automatically selected as the ship-to address for your future orders.

To edit or delete a shipping address, tap the options menu ( ), then tap Edit or Delete. When editing, make changes to necessary fields and tap select Save address to save your changes.

Updating your payment method

Adding a payment method

Add a new payment method from the Autoship page by expanding the Shipping & billing menu ( ) and selecting +Add card under the Payment method section. Fill in the required fields, then select Add card to save your changes.

Removing a payment method

To remove a payment method:

  1. Go to the Autoship page.
  2. Under the Payment method section, select the options menu ( ) next to the

Currently, adding credit cards isn’t supported by the iOS app. To add a credit card, log into your Fullscript account and access your Autoship page via a desktop or mobile browser.

To remove a payment method:

  1. Go to your Autoship ( )
    screen.
  2. Tap Shipping and billing.
  3. Tap Credit cards and then Edit.
  4. Then, from the payment method you want to remove, tap the X.
  5. Lastly, tap Confirm.

  1. Go to the Autoship screen.
  2. Under the Payment method section, tap the options menu ( ) next to the payment method you want to remove, then tap Delete.

Skipping your next order

To skip an upcoming Autoship order, select Edit shipment on the Autoship page, then select Skip upcoming order.

Tip!

You can also temporarily skip shipping a single product in your Autoship order by clicking the options menu of any product and selecting Skip this time. This will remove the product from the next shipment only; it will be included in any shipments after that.

To skip an upcoming Autoship order:

  1. Go to the Autoship ( ) screen.
  2. Tap on an upcoming scheduled Autoship and tap Reschedule.
  3. Then tap Skip your next shipment.
  4. Then, tap Save.

Log into your account via a desktop or mobile browser, and from the Autoship page, click the options menu of any product and select Skip this time. This will remove the product from the next shipment only; it’ll be included in any shipments after that.

Rescheduling your next order

To reschedule an upcoming Autoship order from the Autoship page, select the Edit shipment menu, then click Reschedule order. Choose a future date, then select the Confirm button to submit. This action will update the shipment schedule for future orders.

  1. Go to the Autoship ( ) screen.
  2. Tap on an upcoming scheduled Autoship and tap Reschedule.
  3. Then tap Select a specific date.
  4. From the calendar, select a new shipping date for your order.
  5. Then, tap Save.

The rescheduling action updates the shipment schedule for future orders.

To reschedule an upcoming Autoship order from the Autoship screen, tap the options menu ( ), then tap Reschedule order. Choose a future date, then tap the Confirm button to submit. This action will update the shipment schedule for future orders.

Editing your shipping frequency

You can change the shipping frequency of an Autoship order (multiple products), or individual products within your Autoship schedule. See the gif below for a walkthrough of both options or refer to the steps below.

To change the shipping frequency for an Autoship order:

  1. Select the Edit shipment menu, then Edit order frequency.
  2. Select an interval from the Ship every menu, then click Update frequency to save your changes.

To change the shipping frequency for individual products:

  1. Click the product’s options menu ( ), then Edit frequency.
  2. Select an interval from the Ship every menu, then click Update frequency to save your changes

  1. Tap on the scheduled Autoship, then Frequency.

Editing your delivery method

You can change the delivery method of an Autoship order within your Autoship page.

To change the delivery method for an order:

  1. Select the Edit shipment menu, then Update delivery method.
  2. Select a delivery method from the menu, then select Update to save your changes.

Delivery methods must be updated on a desktop or mobile browser.

To change the delivery method for an order:

  1. Tap the autoship’s options menu ( ), then Update delivery method.
  2. Select a delivery method from the menu, then tap Update to save your changes.

Order now (place order immediately)

If you need products immediately, you can place a scheduled Autoship order directly from the Autoship page without rebuilding your cart.

To place an Autoship order earlier than scheduled:

  1. Go to the Autoship page.
  2. Select Edit shipment, then select Order now.
  3. Review your shipping and payment information, as well as your next Autoship refill date, and select Place order when you’re done.

Note: 

Placing an order before the original refill date changes your Autoship refill frequency to keep your refills on schedule.

If you’re using the iOS app and need certain products immediately, they should be added to your cart individually and placed as a separate order. Repeat the following steps for each scheduled Autoship product:

  1. Go to your Autoship ( ) screen.
  2. Tap on a scheduled Autoship.
  3. Tap the needed product and tap Add to cart.

Note: 

Placing an order before the original refill date on the iOS app doesn’t change your Autoship refill frequency, and the original scheduled Autoship will ship as scheduled. We recommend logging into Fullsript via a desktop or mobile browser if you prefer to place your Autoship order immediately.

If you need products immediately, you can place a scheduled Autoship order directly from the Autoship page without rebuilding your cart.

To place an Autoship order earlier than scheduled:

  1. Go to the Autoship screen.
  2. Tap the order’s options menu ( ), then Order now.
  3. Review your shipping and payment information, as well as your next Autoship refill date, and tap Place order when you’re done.

Canceling scheduled Autoship orders

To cancel your Autoship orders from the Autoship page, select the Edit shipment menu, then Cancel Autoship.

Though optional, we encourage you to select a cancellation reason and any additional information (optional). When finished, select Cancel Autoship orders to confirm the cancellation. Please see Canceling your Autoship order for more information.
