Resending plan notifications to boost adherence
Overview
Follow up on the plans you’ve sent to encourage plan adherence across your patients without spending valuable time writing a new plan. Visit the Individual plans and apply the Not ordered filter to resend plan notifications and motivate patients to place an order.
Resending plan notifications
Sometimes patients may have forgotten to create their accounts, may need some friendly encouragement to place an order, or accidentally missed a refill.
Whatever the case, you can easily send a follow-up by clicking the More options ( ) button in the upper right-hand corner of a supplement plan in their patient profile. Then, click Notify patient to open the notify modal and choose between resending a notification email, or sending a text message reminder.
