Moving your patient account from Wellevate to Fullscript
Overview: Moving from Wellevate to Fullscript
The Wellevate platform and mobile app closed on October 1, 2023 to prioritize a seamless patient experience on Fullscript.
With Fullscript, you’ll get a continuous but consolidated experience and still have access to the high-quality products you need to stay consistent with your wellness journey at the prices you’re used to.
New patients joining Fullscript
If your practitioner migrated to Fullscript before December 16th, 2023, you should have received an email invitation (sent to the email address you use to sign in to Wellevate) inviting you to join them. You can click the button in this invite email to go to your practitioner’s Fullscript landing page, where you can create your account.
You can also check for your invite here! Just enter your email and click Check for invite to look for your invitation. If you don’t have a pending invite, please contact your practitioner directly to ask for one.
Existing patients on Fullscript
Fullscript supports multiple patient accounts sharing the same email address. When setting up an additional patient account, you’ll have the option to switch between accounts to access supplement plans from different practitioners. Refer to dispensary names on the ‘switch account’ page to navigate your accounts.
Accessing your Wellevate history in Fullscript
If you joined Fullscript before December 16th, you would have had the option to move your Wellevate data into your Fullscript account. This option is no longer available, but you can contact our Customer Success team if you need help navigating your Fullscript account.
If you moved your Wellevate data successfully, you’ll find the following data in your Fullscript:
- Supplement plans
- Order history
- Shared multi-patient plans
- Shipping address
- Your practitioner’s favorites (if access has been granted by your practitioner)
As you navigate your Order history and My health pages, you’ll see a filter to toggle between your Fullscript and Wellevate history (if history exists).
Rescheduling Auto-refills with Autoship
Autoship is a flexible, automated refill service that allows you to schedule recurring orders, making it easier to follow your supplement plan, without adding to your to-do list.
It’s like Wellevate’s Auto-Refill program, with a few added benefits! Go to the Autoship page in your account to get set up in a few simple steps. For help getting started, read our How to schedule autoship orders article.
