I’m a practitioner. How can I return products from a wholesale order for a refund?
We’re happy to process a return for products that are unopened, non-heat sensitive/non-perishable, and have been purchased within the last 30 days. However, wholesale orders containing items purchased at a supplier volume discount rate are final sale and ineligible for return.
Returns within our Refunds & returns policy are eligible for a full refund to the original method of payment once products are received at the warehouse. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Pre-paid return shipping labels are not provided.
