I’m a patient. How do I view attachments in my supplement plan?

You can view and download resources attached to your supplement plan by clicking on the button for the specific attachment, located at the bottom of the page when you’re reviewing the plan. The attachment will open in a new tab in your browser where you can view and download the file. 

To find resources attached to your plan, click on Review full plan for the specific plan on the My health page. Once you’re on the review page, scroll to the bottom to find the Resources heading.
