I have a patient account. How do I continue using Fullscript as a practitioner?
Continue using Fullscript as a practitioner
Already have a patient account but want to continue using Fullscript as a practitioner? No problem! Since patient accounts and practitioner dispensaries are separate, one account type can’t be converted or merged into the other.
To begin dispensing virtually or purchasing products at wholesale rates to sell in-office (available to US healthcare providers only), visit our sign-up page to create a new dispensary. Fullscript dispensaries are reserved for healthcare professionals; your healthcare credentials are required.
We recommend scheduling a live walkthrough of your Fullscript dispensary with a member of our Sales team. We’ll tailor the demo based on your needs — virtual dispensing, stocking your office, or a mix of both. It’s recommended to create your dispensary before the demo so we can help you set up and customize your dispensary during the call.
Creating a new practitioner account (new dispensary)
To get your new dispensary started, go to the practitioner sign-up page. Complete and submit the sign-up form to log in to your dispensary.
You’ll be guided through the onboarding modal where you can select your dispensing preferences, enter your contact information, upload your healthcare credentials, and choose your account type (profit or no-profit). Creating a profit dispensary will also require you to provide your bank account information for direct deposit payouts.
‘Email already taken’ message when signing up
You’ll see an ‘Email already taken’ message when trying to create a new dispensary with an email that’s already associated with another account.
Although you can have both a patient and practitioner account under the same email, unfortunately, the practitioner account must be created first. If the patient account was created first, we suggest using a different email for the practitioner account or changing the email on the patient account to free up the email so it can be used for the new account.
