Catalog update requests
CS agents
Catalog requests can be submitted to Support Ops via an Escalation. It will be passed to the appropriate team(s) to be resolved.
Be sure to include relevant links, and screenshots, and to refer to the brand’s website before requesting changes or updates to product information.
Catalog requests may include:
- Product description or image update requests
- SKU issues include the inability to add to a sales order, patient not being able to order, practitioner can’t add a product to a prescription, etc.
- Price (MSRP) inquiries
- Tax calculation disputes
